# Description

“Boran Berčić's book analyses philosophy of the Vienna Circle as a whole. It is an ambitious endeavor. Central thesis of the book is that Logical Positivism is systematic and complete philosophy which contains Semantics, Epistemology, Ontology, Philosophy of Logic and Mathematics, Philosophy of Empirical Sciences, Ethics, Philosophy of Religion and comments on other philosophies. Berčić has shown that, regardless of individual differences among its members, the Vienna Circle as a whole has its relevant standing against most traditional philosophy disciplines - either by contributing and developing them or by disputing them. This book is an original contribution to philosophy as well as valuable information about an important philosophy movement which significantly stamped Twentieth Century Philosophy.” (Goran Švob)
